DAILY DOUBLE: To select the winners of the first 2 races of the day.

DOWN BET: To wager that the outcome of an event will be smaller than the lowest end of the quote on a spread bet, also referred to as a "sell".

DOZEN BET: In roulette, to wager on one or more of 3 groups of twelve numbers, 1-twelve, etc.

EACH WAY BET: A athletics wager, indicating to gamble on a group or player to win or medal in a match.

EVEN MONEY BET: A wager that pays out the same amount as gambled, ( 1:1 ).

EXACTA: wagering that 2 horses in a match will finish in the exact identical order as the bet – also referred to as a " Perfecta ".
